There is a goose in the cemetery. That’s what Nicola says, but Rita and Rosaria don’t believe him. He sees things that don’t exist with his binoculars, his sister tells him, busy chatting with her friend about old village stories. In the cemetery—a place that leans toward something unseen but only felt—the three protagonists remain at the edges of the frame as they try to reach the goose.
